Years of building solid business relationships has launched Lacey to multi-million-dollar success as a dynamic sales leader and manager. As the Chief Strategy Officer, her engaging leadership style and innovative mindset have allowed her to exceed established revenue goals and growth objectives.
Lacey is key in formalizing the company’s strategic-planning processes, forging new working relationships and synergies across the dental industry, and establishing greater transparency and accountability for our teams carrying out the company’s strategy. The successful creation and execution of strategy requires not only good processes but also the ability to make quick decisions, and Lacey is the sounding board for the company’s strategic initiatives insuring that they are in line with the company’s standards and objectives. Finally, her optimism, enthusiasm, and energy captures clients’ attention, leading to the development and presentation of effective marketing plans.
Lacey earned a bachelor’s degree in secondary education, and a master’s degree in cross categorical special education from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. She is passionate about helping single veterans in her neighborhood by delivering weekly home-cooked meals. She is also involved in Pit Bull rescue. She and her husband have two dogs and love to hunt and fish in their free time.
